What a pleasant surprise! I called late in the day needing an oil change on a very tight schedule. Dillon, who answered the phone was very helpful, even though he said he has nothing open . He offered multiple options to help me. One of those options was to come over, in an hour or so and "I'll see what I can do", even with nothing open. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and asked "how can I help you". After identifying myself, he was able to get me in. Further, after a vehicle inspection, he showed me how my front tires needed replacing. I normally would have passed as I thought this is a typical ploy. HOWEVER, I felt very confident that I was at the right place at the right time, this young man just delivered a sense of trust that one very rarely see's . An awesome experience. I have just found a new place to have my cars serviced. >>>>>> I am pleased to say. good bye to FIRESTONE as they were to busy to help me even though I have brought them several cars over several years.
